No. The league winners are the best team in the country, because you can do it, week in week out, take the pressure of other games, knowing that next week, you have another BIG game to play.
Liverpool MAY be the masters of trohpy football, because they pkay their 'weekend' team using reserves. Which is no good for the league, and hence the 18 or so point gap back to them, from us.
Goal Difference, then goals scored is the best way to settle the league.
