His relation to the players are the old school where he gives no feedback just critics and give no reason for dropping a player. So the players were left out in the dark what in their performence they have to learn or improve.

hmmm intresting to be fair i didnt know about that
i had a next door naugbhour (i cant spell) who is also a former player and i think manager of leicester
he was then a scout for a while, now he just plays golf
but i remeber him talking about how good O'Neill was.
but i suppose you have to consider i live in leicester and most people here refure to him as a god
so i duno i still like villa tbh
