I always used to get really bad hangovers but now I think I've found a cure
After a night out when I roll in about 4/4.30 I head straight for my sports bottle that can hold a litre of drink. I fill it with water and neck the stuff as fast as I can.
Once I've drank a litre, I fill it up again and drink it again but this time usually slower because I'm so bloated. Once I've had my two litres I usuually need a pee so head to the bathroom and do my stuff.
Next stop is bed where I just crash out instantly. I usually wake up in the night, maybe take another trip to the bathroom and sip a bit more water.
Then wake up the next day, usually about 12.30pm feeling great

Don't know if drinking 2 litres of water will help anyone else but it does the trick for me and I havn't had a hangover for a good while because of it
