I had a look at that scouting thread, and the first player that was scouted, by RFR, Mamadou Sakho, I signed him on Pro Evo
Anyway, you're very complimentary about him Haggs, so he must be the real deal.
I haven't heard of him, or seen him, but I'll be sure to keep a look out for him.
