| i think generally they do yeh...after all theyre not going to covertly favour the small teams....the big teams are the premiership cash cow...great if your in the top four already a major pain in the ass if your a team like villa trying your hardest to break into it. knowing they're logic expect our neighbours down the road to be added to that list. money talks!!
