I heard the sad news this morning.

I heard it this morning as well. It's a dreadful day for his family especially as
Joey died some years before doing what he loved.
The Dunlop's are motorcycling legends in Ireland and will be sorely missed.
R.I.P. Robert Dunlop

Robert Dunlop's son, Michael, won the 250 race in the North West 200 today. He looked drained physically, as well as emotionally, when he'd finished.

I find it absolutely amazing he could do this, just two days after his father's death. The concentration and physical effort required to race at this level is difficult enough under normal circumstances. I can't even imagine how he must have felt at the end of the race.
