Is he any good, a young tall skillfull striker and is reported to be worth about £20 milion if any english club want him! I've not really seen him play much apart from a highlight show for the Champions league once but i've heard he is very gifted and talented and young and tall.

Just wondered if anyone knew anything about him?? Dont want city to be gettin good players,lol

he is very good actually, the thread i started about ' we need a beast!' this lad comes under that catergory he's adebayor like, still a lot to prove of course and 20 million is a massive price for somebody who is un-proven, but i think the russians might just be saying that to try to put city off still he'd be a good signing :(

From what I've seen of him, he's a big & pacey target man with great ability & powerful physique. He has proceeded to score 30 goals in 52 club appearances for CSKA Moscow, incuding 14 goals in first 18 games & bagging another superb brace against Inter Milan in the Uefa Champions League. Couldn't see him becoming a flop, possibly perform as well as Roque Santa Cruz.

Yeah, I agree with u Akash, the price tag is too fierce. Still, he got CL experience and he even if the Russian league may not be the best he's been scoring frequently. But didnt the Thai owner arrive with suitcases full with dough?:D Maybe next time he'll be travelling wants to bring an extra shirt and a pair of trousers so he decided to splash some cash. ;):D:p
