I do not know if anyone has seen this on MUTV, but Rio Ferdinand has set up a new project for youngsters.
Apparently, there have been new 5-a-side football pitches been made out of old unused recycled trainers.
Rio said that this could be the way forward for kids to get off the streets and do something more productive in their free time, instead of being bored and going onto doing different things, for example vandalism and drugs.
Nike, Manchester United FC, and the Trafford Centre have been involved with this project.
