Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson is convinced he's uncovered the new Ryan Giggs - Colchester United teenager Medi Elito.
Elito has not even played in the Championship yet but he wowed Manchester United spies on his recent debut for England Under-17s in Portugal, says the People.
Now the youngster is due to head to Old Trafford for training and talks this week. There are not too many players coming through at United just now so they are looking to raid other teams for their best kids.
Elito, 17, has played for Colchester reserves but boss Geraint Williams is finding it hard to promote him to his first team, who are chasing a play-off finish.
Fergie wants to give Elito the VIP treatment - with a ticket to the Champions League match against Lille thrown in - as he closes in on perhaps another Ryan Giggs.
