Sorry for such a short post, but i guess many people have seen it already but Makelele tackled him as Zuco said, and got a bleeding into his foot.

if cole misses out it'll make a massive difference and weaken their side. Cole always gets the better of Ronaldo

Disagree - no matter how much you hate a team, or such, you never wish it on anybody to never stand again or walk or such.
Hopefully he will miss the match, but i dont wish any bad on him for the rest of his career!

I don't like this. Lately I think Wayne Bridge has been just as good if not better. We'll see what we see. ;)

It is thought he will start but he does have a problem which may be aggravated if
he exerts himself too much.
Good news for United, but I expect him to start........

Seein as how he was walking back to the coach and did a little light training afterwards, it can't be too serious. He'll probably get some pain-killers & injection and play through it.
Hopefully Ronnie will make life very difficult for him. :D

I saw it on Sky Sports. Great tackle by Makelele. Lol.
Why would such an experienced player launch into a tackle on a teammate the day before the biggest match of their lives?!
Looks like Cole will recover though :(

Makelele has always been one of my favourtie players. Even moving to Chelsea didn't diminish my respect for him. That says a LOT. :)
Yeah there are some players who are so classy that it doesn't matter if you hate their team you just respect them. Makelele, Essien, Shevchenko.
I can;t stand Chelsea but I truly admire those three. Petr Cech too. That's it though. :D

I was watching it live on MUTV, they stayed on after the Man Utd training and watched the Chelsea session too, I must admit I burst out laughing as soon as it happened. What was Makelele thinking!?

Now looks like Cole will be back.
Grant Said today that he's Confident which Cole will be fit for United clash.
I hope he'll not start tonight.

If Cole is out Ronaldo will definitely have a bigger impact on the game. However, even if Cole is playing, I'm not that worried. He doesn't get forward too much, not as much as Evra, and I'm pretty confident that Ronny will be well up for tonight.
