Bookmakers William Hill, who have once again made the Dutchman favourite for the position have revealed that support for other candidates is not consistent.

AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti, who has been linked with the vacant Chelsea job, says he wants to remain in charge of the Serie A side.
