Did Terry spit at Tevez ?

I have watched a lot of videos on youtube, but could not come up with a conclusion. Most videos are not clear, so it's impossible to judge. The question remains -

Did Terry spit at Tevez ?

Did the referee's whistle hit Tevez when he showed the yellow card ?
Terry spat at Tevez, and Tevez felt it, but looks up only to see the color of the card ?

I think Terry did spit at Tevez as you can clearly see in the gif image, that the referee's whistle is some distance away from Tevez's neck. Post what you think about the incident.

Ref didnt see but God saw it , and hence Justice was done :D . He slipped probably because of the same spit....lol

you cant really tell weather he did or didn't as there doesn't seem to me that anything comes out of terry's mouth. but since it is terry n i don't want him as England captain we'll say he did lol
