Sad news that Norman Davies passed away.

Never got to see much of him as he was behind the scenes guy that is just as essential as the guy looking after the pitch.

All I remember as a kid is the United line-up posters all showing him along with the physios and asst managers.

To be at United from 72-96, he would have seen some amazing changes to the club and some amazing moments of football.

R.I.P Norman.
To serve a club for so long shows what the man was all about.
He is in the team posters that are still on my wall all these years later.
To be in the team photos meant he was a big part of the set up.
Very sad news...

R.I.P.

No matter what the job is at United, it all adds up.
Its these people behind the scenes that do a huge part of the work.

R.I.P.

very sad news, without him king eric would probably never played football again, he was the man who chased him up the touchline and stopped him completely battering the fella after his karate kick incident
R.I.P

RIP Norman.

Every club needs a kit man so he was an important part of the set up. To be with the club for 24 years shows real dedication - you can't buy loyalty like that these days.
