Hi..i just brought the man u away shirt via ebay from a fairly reputable user based in the uk. Anyway it looks pretty much real but there is that slight doubt in my mind thinking it's a fake...mainly due to the weird nike and man u logo stiching from the inside.

Here's some pics:

http://img120.imageshack.us/img120/8172/dsc00994uk0.jpg

Is it made in morocco?..my previous shirt i officialy brought said made in portugal..

http://img301.imageshack.us/img301/7474/dsc00996dq6.jpg

See what i mean about the stiching?..surely it can't be some massive thing on the inside..sure not like that on my other nike footy shirts.

..and the man u logo from the inside..

http://img162.imageshack.us/img162/5038/dsc00998oi1.jpg

However it does have the official tags..

Not allowed to directly show any more images so you'll have to click the last 2.

From the back..has the nike sphere dry bit..also is that how the frabic is? I remember the last season one being more silky material.

And an image just to view the whole thing. So what do you think..is it real or do you think i should request a refund?..and can anyone post a picture of the inside of the shirt so i can view the nike and man u logo. Thanks for viewing.

the stiching on the crest and the nike emblem looks a little dodgy, mine is different. However mine says made in indonesia though it was bought in the megastore at old trafford

Why would this be considered spam? Obviously i don't want united to lose money due to fakes, that's why i made this thread..i wanted some advice and assistant in helping me decide if this is a fake or not and if it is i'll issue a refund.

I bought the Manchester United green 2006/2007 shirt that is commerically unavailable, it is made in Portugal but I bought it off a site in Hong Kong called gsports.vstore.ca (http://gsports.vstore.ca/product_info.php/pName/manchester-united-0607-gk-goalkeeper-van-der-sar-jersey-maillot/cName/premiership-manchester-united/osCsid/c414ed2c73a4613367110881f3465d69), I wanted this shirt since I first saw it being worn by Ben Foster during the pre-season but Nike or Manchester United have made it commerically available, so I bought it off this website and I do not care if it is fake.

Wearing the shirt and Manchester United badge with pride, is all that matters to me. I am proud to wear something that others cannot buy in the shops, I've seen Kuszczak, Van der sar and the reserve team goalkeepers wearing it on MUTV.

Wearing the club colours I love and being proud of wearing it is all that matters to me, no matter whether it is real or not, atleast it's meant to look real and when I say real, not to make it too obvious that it's fake.

The fact is, when you go to the shop to by the shirts, they too are not real (aka replicas), not the same material that the players wear, the shirts that the players wear are different, the stitching for example. So who really cares if it's fake or not?

Here's some pics of my shirt:-

No your wrong. So your quite happy to cheat the team YOU profess to support by wearing cheap fake gear with the name of United on it? Then, your not a United supporter.

There's nothing suggesting that it's fake, the only difference i see is in the stiching for the crest and the nike logo. The fabric looks the same, however I don't trust ebay and I always get my united stuff either from their megastore or online from their site.

If you're referring to my post Mr, then take a chill pill dude, I have been to the Manchester United megastore countless times and bought merchandise from there, so I do not see what all the fuss is about, I love Manchester United, I am an avid fan a loyal supporter, from day to day I get harassed by Newcastle fans telling me that Manchester United are sh*t, but I always stand up to them and prove them wrong, then they cannot bare to face the truth about how wonderful the club is, that I support and love.

Don't you dare tell me that I am NOT a supporter just because I bought a shirt that is commercially unavailable to the public and cannot be bought in any sport shop, because I wanted that shirt so much but Nike refused to make it because all these shirts for this season are only for one season.
I bought the official Premiership badges and numbering for the shirt anyhow, but don't you dare flame me about my loyalites to United.

The only cheating going on is Chelsea buying success, there are no other cheaters.

I also refuse to be in a slinging match, I'm not spending my time, posting and posting, just to stick up for myself. Ok?

If you weren't talking about my shirt, then I do apologise.

I wouldn't satisfy Red Devil, if you go back to buying shirts from normal shops that's ok, but it's not about the quality of the shirt or where the shirt was made, it's about what the shirt represents, the shirt is still advertising the Manchester United brand and sponsorship 'AIG', so I wouldn't be put off with what a few disorientated Manchester United fans would say.
