edit: i ordered them last thursdayI believe you can pick them up from the
ticket office when you get there but this is no way definite, I just remember someone
saying this.

You will be better off coming back here when Stephen is here .... he knows
everything about the tickets etc etc and he will help you out, he's a nice boy

Ring the Ticketing & Membership office and explain the problem.

Make sure you input the correct address for the tickets to be deliveed to.

Take a risk on driving to OT and head for the Ticketing & Membership office in a
bid to explain your problem and solve it or else manage to get other ones that
were put up for exchange.

Sorry, but I don't know really what else to do in this situation. Good luck though
and hopefully you'll get in one way or another.

Thats only if you arranged for them to keep them for you. I normally do that and collect
my tickets before a game.

Thats it mate.....your grand! ;)

If you produce the information to them, then youget the tickets.
You can also skip the que of hopefulls by saying your are pre-booked. (I
experienced it, great laugh! :))

I think it may say on that info that you have to go to the office if you don;t get
them by post......just make sure you hold on tight to the info printed! ;)

Glad it's all sorted now mate

Getting to the ticket office before noon should mean that you beat the queues as well.

Have you got a booking confirmation e-mail or anything? If you have then it might be best to take a copy of this with you in case things go pear shaped.

Enjoy the game anyway and help give Ole the reception he deserves :D

Spot on.

Take proof of purchase to the ticket office and you'll be fine. Make sure you arrive early though. There's always a queue and you want enough time to get a programme/drink/food beforehand too!!!
