WTF happenned on Wednesday?

I usually support any british team (as long as they aren't Pompey) when playing foreign teams. But to be honest, Wednesday was an embarrassment.

In my humble opinion, had the semi finals been Chelsea v AC Milan and ManU v the Scousers, we would have had an all English final.

But, you had to let the country down.

TBH, it couldn't of happenned to a better set of fans. Maybe this humiliating will teach you all a bit of humility? After all, I remember how pleasant Manu fans are in victory when you sent us down in May 05.

Here's hoping City win today to keep the "yawn" Premiership interesting. It would also be nice to see Fergusson going purple again.

As a final note: I was in the pub on Wednesday when a Manu fan mate of mine happenned to ask why I looked so relaxed. I replier that I couldn't lose.......If Manu win, then it's an all english final but if AC win then that'll put the Mancs back in their place.

I'll go on to add that it would appear that you lot of Johnny come lately plastic fans aren't half as dedicated as you like to believe. Had I posted this on most other "real clubs" fans forums I'd have been cut down with abuse by now.

I know for one that if a Manure fan had posted this on a Saints forum, there would have been dozens within 2 or 3 minutes.

Read it, i told you why i support them, stop being a wŁ^ker, and READ. My grandad supports them ever since he was born and his dad did. It follows in the family. I can't be a glory supporter, CAN I. I have stuck with them when they've been winning nothing. So go to a southampton measage board. See what they think of you, wheather they get annoyed with you bantering on about rubbish.:D

At the beginning of the season I thought Quarter Final and no further, so in that respect we did well. However, once Liverpool had made it through, I wanted us out. Not through any fear of Liverpool, lets face it we can beat them anytime, but, if they had beaten us we would never have heard the last of it. They would have been crowing about it in all forums for years to come. So I am pleased and relieved that we have failed to reach the CL final on that context.
