Manchester United reserves coach Rene Meulensteen has confirmed he's moving to Brondby.
"I was contacted by Brondby and asked them to settle matters with Manchester United before we continued the negotiations," Meulensteen told Ekstra Bladet. "At the same time, I talked to Sir Alex Ferguson and he was very helpful."
Meulensteen will succeed Michael Laudrup as Brondby coach.
