United players at the world cup

It has gone generally well, so far 3 of our players have gotten a goal, Ruud, Parky and Cristiano.

Rooney has made a full recovery and started the game v Sweden and was very impressive in the first half.

Even though Ruud has gotten himself on the score sheet he has looked a bit lacklustre and rusty and risks being dropped from the starting 11 for the next game. Ronaldo has scored off a penalty, but has looked wasteful otherwise.

Park has been very impressive, his runs certainly unsettled the French. VDS has looked solid too.

Rooney has started off well and the expectations from him are going to be much higher now that Owen is out.

VDS - Been solid conceded 1 goal, cant be that bad.
Rio - Also looked pretty solid most of the time
Gary Neville - Not had enough time to prove anything

Ruud has been awful, i say get Torres.

Rooney did very well against Sweden considering he was playing a role that he isn't really suited to. Seemed to get much stronger and more confident as the game went on, which is definitely a plus.

Hopefully Ronaldo isn't inured too badly.

Seemingly young Ronaldo has announced that he want's to join Real after the WC. He has alligned himself with one of the presidential hopefuls who is using him like Figo was used before...
