Hargreaves was given the number 8 shirt when Rooney was switched to 10. I believe Nani was number 17 against Shenzhen.

Not sure about Anderson but with Richardson leaving the number 23 is free...

Anderson and Hargreaves haven't been given any yet. If Heinze goes, I'd imagine Hargreaves will get 4, I think Tevez will get 8 if and when he comes. No idea about Anderson.

Where's the news about hargreaves being no.23? Any website links? The man.utd online store doesn't have a number assigned to him yet for shirt printing, and the same goes for anderson.
If/when heinze goes then i thought hargreaves would become 4. Foster 12? 23 for rossi? I expect anderson to probably take 19. If tevez arrives in time then do you think he could take 8? And dong has 21 according to the man.utd superstore. Saha losing 9 to tevez is a possibility too, although unlikely as that would signal to him that he's not wanted but fergie needs him as backup
