Ian signing in. AKA kingstreet and redloner...
I've followed United since 1974 and still count the likes of Stuart Pearson among my all time favourites.
I was born in Urmston and brought up in Peel Green (M30) and at the time you were either blue, or red.
I've been a regular matchgoer on and off for thirty years and in that time I've seen the game, in general, and our club in particular change beyond recognition. Some for the better, some not so good...
As an SU and IMUSA member I campaigned against the Glazer takeover, beginning to study the issue back in December 2003. I have a large quantity of financial information about the club and about the Glazers, both before and after the takeover and I find I cannot support the Glazers in any way.
I now watch my live football at Gigg Lane, but find my desire for Manchester United to win everything undiminished.
