Virgin Media V+ Box

I have recorded some programmes on this V+ box.....same as Sky + box this is.

Does anyone know how I can transfer these programmes to my PC - I want to show these programmes to my family in Romania but I cant do this right now.

Hope someone can help me with this.........

not sure how to tranfer it directly to the computer, but if u have a DVD recorder play the programs and then set the recorder to record it. Then just put the DVD into the computer.
