Petr Cech has been named as UEFA's choice for Club Goalkeeper of the Year.

The award, which was selected by a panel of Europe's top club managers, was announced and presented to the Chelsea keeper in person at the Champions League group stage draw in Monaco.

He IS one of the best, so it is deserved, I think.

I agree....but i do also think its a bit weird considering he missed a large part of the season

hmmm VDS still class imo. Just look at the Charity shield. He was only a bit dodgy towards the end of last season. All keepers make mistakes, even good ones. Look at Robinson and Lehmann (shocking so far this year). Foster will get his chance next season or season after and then he will be worlds best. :-)
