The Irish are good at small talk I find. You know like the basics, like how the weather is ect!

Just in case you don't understand the term "smalltalk", here is a defin.

Small talk is conversation for its own sake; the ability to conduct small talk is a social skill. Small talk is sometimes referred to as Phatic Communication, a term coined by Malinowski in 1923.:D ;)

malaysian r good at small talks too, but we find that one u start one, many topics will come thru m end of the talk, we wont know what had got us start at the 1st place.. :P

people in india and malaysia r good at that. down in malaysia people
sorta hangout at this place called mamak which a sort of a hangout cafe
which is open 24 hrs. Thats a venue where u can normally observe small talks
turning into hrs and hrs of conversation.. plus all the food does the trick

ppl in india & malaysia?.. seem u single out this country for no apparent reason. I assume you're malaysian, or someone been to malaysia. due respect to you, malaysia is a great country, n we love Man Utd here as much as they do there in UKs.. I had to agree with u on the "mamak" outlets, as they serve the sole purpose of public live footy on large LCD projectors n great food!!.. welcome to malaysia.. :D
