Sky Sports News have said that van Nistelrooy will sign a three year deal with Real and that the transfer fee is £10.3m..

well fergie has just said today that utd will not budge on their valuation of ruud.
I think bayern will step it up and pay the fee soon or maybe hagreaves can be involved as an incentive
