Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney has followed up his PFA Young Player of the Year prize by scooping the PFA Fans' Player of the Year award. Rooney has been superb for The Red Devils this term and now the supporters have given the former Everton man the thumbs up by naming him their star man. Although Rooney is set to miss out on the Premiership title to Chelsea, the striker has been an inspiration with 16 league goals as United have surged past Liverpool into second. Sky Sports News
