What number do united fans want carrick to wear??
16 as a direct replacement for Roy??
10 as in ruud's number??

I would prefer for rooney to switch to number 10 and have carrick wear number 8

The number 16 not only for the defence mid, it can be also for the attck mid and next Roy can wear any another numbers.
i prefer 10 for Carrick to motivate him

The BBC believes that Carrick is going to be given the #16 shirt.

Personally I think #8 on Rooney works well, just seems that way to me.

Number 16, apparently, we should of retired that number :p ;)

I just hope Carrick can display some outstanding performances for us, despite some that I know saying he isnt good enough, I firmly believe he can arise to the challenge and perform well in a United shirt, no matter what number.
