Who should partner Rooney up front ?

I just think it's good when there is a rotation. Not that often but it's fair to give Rossi a lot of time to improve i think. Saha will be injured within 2 months so Rossi will get time enough on the pitch

I would personally say that Saha and Rooney could be a fruitful partnership if Saha can stay away from injuries.

However, its unlikely that would happen, so we would have a good backup in Rossi, Smith (if SAF plays him as a striker) and Ole.

Fergie has said that Smith will be used as a striker this season, hopefully he keeps to that word. Hopefully that means more Hughes-esque goals.

I think saha to start with and see how that goes and i would love to see smith there as i don't see him as a midfielder , im looking forward to seeing rossi again this season and i am very excited about ole's return although i don't see him coming back to how he was before but i will be nice to see him in action again
