Former Manchester United academy chief Eric Harrison believes Ryan Giggs will be a big success for the club off the pitch.

Harrison, who nurtured him at youth level before his early promotion to Sir Alex Ferguson's senior side in 1991 and also coached him at international level when he was Welsh assistant to Mark Hughes, told the Manchester Evening News: "When the day comes to finish, and we are talking three or four seasons yet, he'll be great as an ambassador or in coaching because he is always prepared to help younger players out.

"He is a fantastic role model for kids. His behaviour is impeccable. When he was with Wales if ever a new player came into the squad he'd be there passing on advice and help."

There is no such thing, he just posted it to get negative reactions. Just like with all his other posts.

I'd love to see giggs sticking around at the club after his retirement. I don't really care about the tasks they'll give him then but imo it's good to keep a legends as long as possible.

Like Charlton and Ole its great to keep these legends at the club. They inspire and motivate those around them.

I don't think he would even need to be a formal coach. Just being there motivating and tossing out a tip here and there would be good for the young guys
