I am waiting for general Sale for some tickets online. However when I make a trial a day before: click on the GS button of a match, the website redirect me back to the homepage but cannot access to the online box office.... anyone experienced / know this kind of porblem?

Hello,

Tickets have gone on general sale for the Dynamo Kiev game and I just tried clicking on the link and it was fine.
