An own-goal from William Gallas in first-half stoppage time had put the champions in front.
Arsenal equalised through Cesc Fabregas on 48 minutes, only for Cristiano
Ronaldo to seemingly have secured a ninth straight league win for United with
eight minutes left.
But there was still time for Gallas to have the final say when he bundled home
from close range.
"We played some good football. It was a great piece of football between Saha
and Evra, and a great pass for Ronaldo," he said.
"Arsenal had some good possession, but I think we had the better chances
during the game.
"We were controlling the game, but one cross took a faint touch across the face,
was sent back in from the back post, and it was over the line.
"I thought we had done it, but this is football."
