Rooney & Scholes await punishments
The pair could both face bans following their red cards earlier this month in the 3-1 victory over the Portuguese side.
Rooney was dismissed after catching Porto's Pepe in the face with his arm, while Scholes saw red after a rash tackle from behind on Quaresma.
An FA disciplinary commission will judge United’s appeal against both dismissals this morning with a verdict expected around 3pm.
