I put on my lucky Man United socks, my home jersey or sometimes the away blue one. When I feel like we need that extra bit of luck in a tough game I crack out the United boxer shorts. I have a pair in white and a pair in black :-)
I get kitted out and watch the game at home mostly or sometimes down the pub.

If I'm going to Old Trafford I seem to do the following every time...
Queue outside the Trafford pub before going in for a a few bottles of Bud. Then stroll across the road to the burger stall. Get a cheese burger with onions and eat it as I walk up Sir Matt Busby Way. Go into the stadium and buy another bottle of Bud and a packet of crisps. Drink/eat those while watching one of the TV's before finding my seat and shouting/chanting/cheering until my voice goes hoarse.

I relieve all my stress the only way I know how.........:o
only joking...;)
I just sit in the dressing room shaking and am pretty much a nervous wreck in the warm-up also......but once the whistle is blown I make an early crunching tackle which gets me into the game and if I'm playing sh**e, there players are going to be after me so when they try and break my legs I'll just say to the bench I can't play on..........
......and everyone will think I'm a hero.........;)

In the old days would arrive at the ground and get autographs from players walking in. At 1145 would walk back up to the Dog & Partridge and only United fans were allowed in, a regular sawdust on the floor pub. (Got knocked down and the BB raised in its place). Great atmosphere. At 1300 go to Stretford End and go in and meet the mates as they came in; we all stood on exactly the same spot every game, strangers were moved in, with puzzled looks. OI! Can't stand there thats so and so's place. Same every game, every week.

I always watch every game stood up ...
I wonder around my living room watching the game ...
If I sit down ...
30 seconds later I am up again ...
I must have the same psychological problems Stuart Pearce has, lmao ...
He never sits down when he was City boss ... :o

Wear any United jersey when they play........must not be disturbed whilst watching the game or posting on the shoutbox.......have vanilla ice-cream at half time and then listen to 6-0-6 on BBC Radio Five Live and listen to the rubbish from Alan Green. Then it feels weird because the games over and another week till the next one so until then I keep myself amused on the forum! lol

For watching football? Nothing.
For playing it? Nothing - I don't think.
