I think so with the blend of youth and experience.

all people think that this year is ours , but I think ManUtd goes up higher in Rhythem this year and should , according to the names , win the championship
I'm not sure that we will win the CL, But i hope that we do because it is our time now that we have gone through the period were we had to get new player and loosing older ones like Keano etc.
We have the right blend now of young players and the older player. We have some players that have had alot of Champions League football (Giggs, Ole, Scholes etc). I'm sure the team and manager are hungry for the trophy but i do think it is better if we could regain the Premiership after a few years without it.

if we sign hargreaves and maybe another striker in january for cover we have a good chance

Simply no we can't, we don't have the depth in the squad that other teams in europe do, we'd have to bring in a couple of class players in jan if we are going to stand a chance but even then i doubt it, maybe next year all depends on the summer i guess

i think we all agree that without addition in midfield and up front, we still have a chance for the tiltle, but not for the big one !!!
hargreaves and torres would be terrific signings for us but i doubt manchester to be an attractive destination for top players now, looking how fergie dealt with the like of liar23, ruud and keane.

Ow common, Ferguson is known for dumping his top players , but who made them big stars? He did!
Hargreaves would be a good signing yes but Torres no, not yet. Just let him play for the hammers this year and maybe the next. Then, when he proved his qualities, buy him. I still doubt if he is able to play in the EPL.
Cant wait to see Smith back on the pitch, i like his mentallity. Although u could say he's sick in his head :D

right, he made them great players, but what's the point to bring players to the top, to dump them after that ??
shouldn't they be used for the team ?? liar23 could have been for some help, as would ruud, and not to forget the way he dealt with keano, ince or sparky !!!!!
if united fail to sign torres now, he could be snapped up by cska chelski !!!!

So what, is Tevez playing good at the moment? No. Will he improve? who knows?Let chel$i buy him, they can afford themselfs wasting their money.
They way saf dumped them isnt good, agree with that but he certainly knows when to do it (most of the times).
Although he might also do it to stay at the top on his own as well.
allright, i dunno why he's doing it that way...

results and trophies proved fergie's decisions right, but for how long ?
can united risk to loose rooney or ronaldo if they follow liar23's life style ? with the same outcome ?? i think fergie should soft things a little a bit if he intend to keep united, an attractive destination for young and talented players !!!
Tevez could be world-class but he will end uo in chelsea's hand this summer for sure

Why's that? Do you know anything we dont know? If i was him i would sign United instead of Chelsea. He would have much more chances to show him self on the pitch here.

the guy that owns tevez's rights is a friend of chelsea's russian banker, and tevez was brought to westham first to get some football under his feet, before joining chelsea next year, westham is used as a sparing partner.
westham cska moscou will become feeders for chelsea, as royal anthwerp is a feeder club for united.

Can we win the CL - no, I honestly do not think so. I think we will get past Lille by the odd goal but then I feel we will crash and burn. Why? Because we do not have anywhere near the strength of '99.

i don't think the team of 99' has to be a benchmark for the current united squad, both have their qualities, and weaknesses, and i can see this one win the champions league with passion and skills, as i see it more skillful than the one of 99'
in 99' united was very tactical, with the likes of stam, keano and sherigham, now united is more a talented and skillful team, looking at rooney and ronnie !!!!

The overall quality bears a similar resemblance but in comparison, this year's squad is still thin on bench strength. Watch out in January though for some half-decent signings.

WELL... i think we can win if we actaully concentrate,i've notisted that manchester beat good teams but when it comes to team like southened united they try doing skills and take shots from way out but i think they can still since i sport them.hehe
