What's a good season?

I just wanna get an overall feeling from fellow Man U fans what everyone would consider a good season for Man U.

Would any of you consider a good season to be;

Finishing 4th in the league
Failing to win the Carling or FA cups &
a poor run in the Champions League.

Would anybody be satisfied with this as a good season?

I'd settle for -

2nd in Prem
Win the FA Cup (maybe)
Quarter Final/Semi Final in CL.
