Getting to the Game

Hi, this is my first post on these forums so I hope it's ok that it's not in the introduction forum.

Anyway, I'm going to the game tomorrow, United vs FCK
I'm from Denmark but I'm a United fan.

My problems are:
1. My tickets haven't arrived even though I ordered them about 10 days ago. I think there might be something wrong with the address, but I' ve written to costumer service twice and tried phoning them once (but gave up after 20 minutes of waiting), to no avail.
I have a booking confirmation with my name and Membership Number on them. Do you think this is enough to bring if my tickets don't magically arrive within the next few hours?

2. I should arrive at the Central Coach Station in Manchester 6:45 pm. 1 hour before kick-off. I've never been to Manchester before and I'm pretty nervous that I'll not make it to Old Trafford in time. Can you tell me the quickest way to get there?

1. I'm not sure about the ticket business. Probably would be worth you trying to call.

2. There's a met (tram) stop just by the coach station (you getting in to Chorlton Street?). Ask someone to point you in the direction of Piccadilly Gardens, it's just round the corner from where you'll get off the coach.
You want to get on a met that says Altrincham on the front ideally. But if an Eccles one comes first, get on that. There will be loads of United fans travelling from town, so dont worry, just follow the sea of red.
