after too many drinks i recently posted a post well out of line on a forum viewed by young uns . may i apologise too all i offended . one guy posted accusing me of being a voyouer and liking young boys which i felt also well out of line .

i sat back and thought why had he posted this and read further and hope i read what was meant .

i am a 41 year old guy with a 5 year old daughter . i work hard for a living as a security guard for cosworth in northampton . prior to security i was a radio telegraphist in the royal signals . my time in manchester was down to my dad being head recruiting staff at stockport recruiting office late sixties early seventies .

he warned me to wind my neck in which i will but i must put record straight on that comment of his which was posted in response to my drunken ramblings . if you really think i am like that please chuck me off now

Think we've all done it mate, posted something when we've had a skinfull, i know i have done...more than once.
There's also been a lot worse suggestions in the shoutbox than what you'd put.
To be honest i was ****ing myself laughing reading it.

I seriously doubt that one member thinks of you in the way you mention. I certainly don't.
But fair play to you for posting the above post.

PS, K4t is going to be well upset to hear you are not like that. :D

OK thanks for posting this. You have to admit it was decidely dodgy what you wrote or how it was received anyway.

You have to remember that what you actually write is not necessarily how it is read by somebody else.

I too work in Security, and have a valid, non illegal alien, SIA card.

Thanks for clearing it up.

It's ok mate, most members think I'm always drunk when I post, and stoned in the shoutbox :o;)

Fair play haggler.

I thought RD's response was bit over the top to be honest but I admire a man with the guts to apologise - especially publicly! :)

Besides, I can't say I haven't done anything daft when I'm hammered! :D

To do a public apology is indeed admirable and yes, macho. Give the man a Tiger. :)

Don't worry about it, mate. We are always right behind you....... ..... albeit waiting for your next joke.;)

It's ok mate, most members think I'm always drunk when I post, and stoned in the shoutbox :o;)... you mean your NOT? !!!

Genuine mistake I believe, like I said its not what you write - its how it read. Haggler also says that, on reflection, it does imply something that can be misconstrued. Anyway, its over, we go on .................

You wake up in the morning and think to yourself "wtf have i done" ..imo forget it even happened ;) as long as you apologized.. because there's alot of youngsters on here.. including me!;) haha!
