Hello everyone.

I've only ever once been to an united game (vs Nottingham forest, coca cola cup :) ). I've been looking around their website and as far as i can see, the best way to get tickets is on the ticket exchange where people sell their season tickets to the public.

My big problem is how do i do this? It looks like i need to join one united. I've managed to get a free e-membership, but i can't see where i can join the paid membership.

On the official website theres a join now button, when i press it, i just get redirected to the home page.

any help? and any tips on the entire ticket buying process, what to look out for etc. :(

You can call the phone number - 0870 4421994 (option 5)

The website was having some problems earlier today when I was on it though so you may want to try it again tomorrow.

Ye, theres a glitch that sometimes appears..........your sertinaly not the first this has happened to! I'd go along with reddwarf or you could also visit their Ticket and Membership office and see whats what. e-mail is also another option.......

I live in the south coast of England. Another way of getting to games is to join a local supporters club. I belong to Hastings branch they send a coach to every game. Join a your local branch i bet they do the same. I see a lot of coachs from round the country going to the game when im on the motorway.

I'd call them to make sure that you get it sorted. The T&M site is rubbish, only ever worked for me when I wanted to apply for liverpool tickets, and they aren't even offered on there.

Tips, you apply for games when they are available, it lists when on the webpage then keep an eye on the bank balance for the payment. If you are desperate to go, keep your eyes on the ticket exchange (manutd.viagogo.com) for tickets. They tend to release them before united declare ballot results, you'll spend about 30% more though on fees & postage, but get to pick where you sit to an extent.

I have only had tickets in the ballot once this season, the rest have been off the exchange.

May be worth waiting till next season to get the most from your membership, not sure what the discount is but there's not many home games left this season to use it (hopefully a few more CL games though)

Good luck!
