Click on the picture button in the forum tools, then a pop up box will appear. If you right click on the picture you want from whatever website and select 'properties' you will see the url. Copy and paste this url into the pop up box from here and click 'ok'. Click the image below to see what I mean. Hope it helps :)

Try not to post up pictures from GettyImages
'Getty Images' are one of the biggest sports photographic agencies in the world -
and they take no prisoners if anyone uses their pictures without consent - so
under no circumstances post any of their pictures on here linked or not !!!
You can spot one of theirs - it always has 'Getty Images' written across it in faded
grey colour.
Like this ...

Also watch out for other copy righted images.

NO! Do not do this, its bandwidth theft. The best thing is to open a photobucket account, as they can be linked directly to the site, from the site and they give you direct html to post into the post in here:
eg: by adding before and after the url [ img ] url [ / img ] without the spaces
Regarding bandwidth theft, if you see an image on my site and link directly to it, your stealing MY bandwidth, which I pay for.
Example from photobucket:

from my photobucket account
