Ryan Giggs should recover from a knock in time for Manchester United’s Premier
League match against Newcastle tomorrow evening hopeflly.
Apparently he suffered a slight injury in midweek during the 1-1 draw against
Lyon on Wednesday.
Apart from the two long-term absentees Gary Neville and Mikael Silvestre,
manager Alex Ferguson has a full-strength squad to call on which is good news.
He may decide that it's time for a change and let Carlos Tevez start - he has sat
out the last 2 games - just getting a 'bit-part' in the Lyon game.
Fingers crossed for Giggs though - just 15 games short of Sir Bobby's all time
appearance record !!
Provisional squad: Van der Sar, Brown, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra, Ronaldo, Anderson,
Scholes, Hargreaves, Giggs, Rooney, Tevez, Kuszczak, Saha, Carrick, Nani,
O’Shea, Fletcher, Park, Simpson.
