WARNING - There are some disturbing images that show how cruel and sick people can become . I mean they came overthere, not even their own war- arrested those people and treat them like toys ! Another proof that Abu Graib should be closed and Americans should pay for tortures ( no offence to anyone, any sane person will agree )

Link removed after PM complaints.....I'm sure CRO will send you the link by PM if any member requests it.

This is a football forum first and foremost and this section is, rightly, for none footy items but I question your judgement posting images that are likely to cause "fights" in here. To my mind, although important, they can really serve no purpose in a football forum. Maybe in a world affairs forum, yes, totally agree, but in here?

Those are the same guys who are setting up roadside bombs...allegedly my friend. BUT two wrongs do not make a right. Torture is mans inhumanity to man.

Most of the people in Abu Ghraib (and Guantanamo Bay)
are farmers, not terrorists. None have been to trial and
none have been convicted. What happened to being
innocent until proven guilty?

haha i find it hilarious if anyone still actually supports the war in iraq and i for one never supported it to start with. This torture stuff just makes me sick.

BTW i know my post is not exactly is direct link to the initial post but still, its just sad what is happening in places like iraq

The reason I did not close it is my strong belief in freedom of speech (within reason). Where there is persecution and wrong, publicity helps us to remain aware. However, this is, in the main, a football forum and, as such, is sport. To my mind sport and politics should not ever mix.

But, this is also the Pub - for strictly NON footy matters; so therefore it has a right to be here in that manner.

Anyway - I will close it now. If anybody wants to see said links, I recommend you contact CRO directly and ask him for them.
