hi i am from malta , Ex-Mosta player Ikechukwu Chibueze from nigeria passes away at the age of 23. All the Mosta FC supporters, players and management were shocked last night when hearing about the news that one of their best foreigners in all time, has suddenly passed away at St’Luke’s Hospital. Ike or Chibu as he was known with the Mosta Supporters lost his life due to cardiac problems.

Chibueze joined Mosta in season 2004/05 playing 16 times, scoring 13 goals and winning Promotion to the Premier League with Mosta. He also played with Mosta in season 2005/06 in Malta's top flight.He played all the 24 games with Mosta scoring 12 goals.

Ike will always be in our heart, we can not forget the time you spent with Mosta and the superb goals you scored for us. May God grant you iternal rest.
