Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has dismissed speculation linking Real Madrid with a £35million summer bid for wing wizard Cristiano Ronaldo.
The 21-year-old Portugal international has been in scintillating form for the Red Devils this season, netting 13 goals already this term.
However, Ferguson has told Real in no uncertain terms that he won't be parting with the player, who is under contract until the summer of 2010 at Old Trafford.
He said: "We sell players we want to sell and there's absolutely no way Cristiano Ronaldo is leaving.
"The boy has done fantastically well. He's developing as a professional, as a person and as a player.
"He's happy here. He has a contract until 2010 and we're not interested in even thinking about selling him."
