Could say the same here, you need to use better fonts and effects, maybe use some scattering and some maps

I think the sizes are too large, not sure if this forum has a sig limit, but most others do

The ronaldo one is a good start, might be better having him in one united and one portugal and using ink outlines sometimes looks tacky, try some gradients and to blend the ronaldos

you need to experiment with backgrounds and effects because at the moment you are just putting some brushing under a image with some text...practice

keep practicing, there is no right and wrong way to make a background, or even the rest of the sig for that matter...just keep experimenting and trying to make them better
