ye i follow ucd. my mate plays for them and i try see them when i can. i like bohs as well, i tink they'll win the league this year.

His name is Shane Fitzgerald. If you were watchin the RTE show, it was your man who ran from his own box and almost scored. His pace is unbelievable. Most people hate Bohs ye. ah well, I wouldn't be a huge fan of the league.

I cant believe this is the first thread on the Eircom League.
I feel ashamed.....:o
I always keep an eye out for Shamrock Rovers as they were my local team.
Went to a few games at Glenmalure Park, going back to the early 80's,
so I dont remember much tbh.
I always kept half an eye out for Shelbourne cos my football team got a days
coaching from the then manager Damien Richardson, so I looked out for their
results. They have brought the league forward and done well in Europe,
which is great for any Irish team.
