Though I must say I was Purple and Gold before a Red in the first place, but we'd be talking about an entirely different ball-game.
Well, let's start with the introduction shall we. I'm from Jakarta, Indonesia (yes, it's that one country in South East Asia which boast Bali before all), I'm in my early 30s and I've been supporting United since the 90's.
I've been on several discussion forums about United, but I haven't been involved too much in it due to several reasons. I hope I can settle in very well here and contribute in the future.
The moment of truth was a bit blurred but I remembered it perfectly that it was Roy Keane's slap on one of the Blackburn player (I think it was Tim Sherwood) after he got tackled from behind that really made me decide United is the team for me.
That basically covered my introduction, hope I can join some more talks in this forum.
PS.
I crave European titles. ;)

i'm not sure about slapping blackburn players...but he did slap an ex-blackburn player, shearer :D...my favourite football moment watching that (wont say it) get hit in the face off an absolute legend
any man that can slap alan shearer in front of 60thousand geordies, deserves a mentioning...common saying round the wear

I'm pretty sure that he slapped at least one player in Blackburn shirt, Keano was tackled from behind he got up instantly and directly slapped/push this player on his face. I didn't know much about any other player back then though I've been watching United before that particular match.
Thanks for the warm welcome, I've just watched the game but pretty sleepy right now I guess I'll follow up the next day then.
