Last week when United drew with Middlesbrough,
you may remember Ronaldo firing a fizzing shot
over the bar early on....
Well, this shot was one for one Boro fan to
remember. Seated behind that goal, the ball
headed straight for him, and in a split second
managed to get his hand up to prevent it cracking
him square in the face.
As he went home, he felt it sore, but thought
nothing of it, until the next morning when it
was completely swollen and was "ordered"
by his wife to go to the hospital and get it
checked out.
The check resulted in the news that he had
broken his hand. Not just a small one, but a
fairly bad one too.
One to remember for him and Ronaldo, has
probably also broken another record by doing
this too!
