Owen Hargreaves has always sufferd with
the 'tendonitis' in his knee.
Indeed it has already cost him 2 months
out with injury since he joined United for
£18 million.
He has been advise that the condition is
manageable - but to do this will mean
lengthy periods of not being available
to play and could affect his first team
appearances for United.
This news might make Hargreaves take
the option of surgery.
The operation does not have a 100%
success rate and will mean a further
3 months out of the game.
Success, however, could mean he is free
from all these problems.
Little wonder he feels the need to think
about this.
