Contract rebel Wes Brown says United's squad is
better this year than in the historic treble winning
year of 1999.
"I think squad-wise, we are stronger than in 1999.
Players are coming back in. Gary Neville came back
against Roma, as did Mikael Silvestre," he told
setantasports.com.
"In the midfield and attack, we have people who
can come in and play in those positions. The more
players back, the better it is for the rest of the lads.
"It is going to be difficult for the gaffer to select an
eleven, but I am sure that if you ask him, he will say
better that than them on the injury list!"
