Yeah well we don't really expect any less from Barry Hall though, do we? After all AFL teams don't exactly scour Oxford and Harvard when selecting their players. Relax I was just joking. For what it's worth I actually enjoy AFL and if Swans are playing West Coast I'll always tune in.

Anyway..Hall's punch disgusted me and I was gutted while I watched the game live on TV. Staker did nothing illegal in the rules and the lowest thing was Barry's father in the news the next day trying to justify the punch and trying to direct the blame on Staker! We all do mistakes and his done one and he should shoulder the blame entirly and he has done so which is a good thing but his father and sister's comments were comical. He should of been banned more than 7 weeks imo because he was injured for 6 anyway and imo his ban should of started after he was fit. Too bad his last game ban is when Sydney go to Subiaco, Perth to play WCE because I so wanted the crowd to give him hell their and for some of the boys to give him a tough time. This punch is having a bad impact on the game and the kids and a sending off should be introduced to the game asap which will certainly discourage this behaviour. I just hope he never does it again.
