sell him for sure....injuries for a whole seaosn is fine...after rehabilitation he can return...but he is injured every single day and when he returns he tends to get injured again  ......
he would have been a great striker if he was fit.....one of the best maybe...but injuries just cause problems...
we have to sell him and thats it

you'd have trouble with anyone taking him :| nobody wants a lad who is on about 60k per week who it wearing the treatment table about, he's a joke does he not warm up or something :S campbell will take his place but i thik another striker is needed aswell just incase it's a bit soon for fraizer :) having said that we do have manucho comming in :D

if they are really careful with his return the next time and give him about 5 reserve games first 2 prove he fit then all the patience we have showen with him will pay off!!!!!!!!

am i the only person thinks he deserves the chance?? lol

Used to like him as he was actually a really good striker and had everything going for him.

Then he became a frail old woman and lost all my respect.

Enough is enough, all he does for us now is warm the physio's table.

problem being that he needs to make it through some training before any reserve games & can't do that without a resulting injury!

I've never been 'Bambi's' biggest fan. Verdict? BIN HIM :D

 Its not over till the fat lady sings.
Saha is really starting to 'extract the urine' but Im all on for
ONE MORE CHANCE!!!!! and then Ill shut up about it.
Its hardly his fault he is always injured.
As a fellow mostly crocked player I can sympathise with him.
Some of the lads on my footie team even call me Louis now
though Im more of a Vidic id I say so myself ;)

As much as i like him, i think this has to be it. He has to be sold.
We need someone more reliable. Its a shame because he could have acheived great things with us, if he wasn't so injury prone.

Nice knowing you Louis, good-bye.

Whip him, stone him and burn him at the stake!

...oh sorry, wrong site.

this is the last straw and I'm sure Saha can;t even look himself in the mirror or at his team mates. the guy has to accept that it hasn't worked out for him at Old Trafford and wonderful talent that he is, he needs to move on.

He should move on while he can before he becomes a joke and he should write a nice thank you note to Fergie, the staff and his team mates for their support and all the chances he got.

I just hope he doesn't injure himself writing the note. ;)

I agree with you. To it does not carry with health but when he is healthy he is capable to bring greater advantage.
I dont understand why him do not appreciate:(

I think we should offload him. Not coz he's not a good striker but his neverending injuries. He's not 20 anymore either (he's 30 ish, isnt he?).

I do anticipate when Saha is playing. But I had not have the chance to anticipate for the longest time. Maybe never will.

Hes a good striker he may not be getting any younger but still had the qualities to be a great goalscorer!

i'm sorry that a Man Utd player has a situation like this:(...but..it's the last strow...we...gave him a lot of chances...we have youngsters like Welbeck or Macheda..who can't wait to play for United...i'm realy sorry for Saha..and i'm realy reealy sorry to say this...but he has to...it's never easy to release a player that has 4 years at the club..but..this is it..it's the end for him at Man Utd..this is what i think...but ..i or...we're not the ones who decide...so..Fergie...you're the one who decides:)

Lol you're spot on. I believe the only way Fergie can be justified in keeping him is by resorting to sending him to that holy place of miracles you mentioned. As much I like most United fans am a big fan of his when fit the Balsa man is just the eternal sicknote victim and only frustrates the hell out of everybody.

Maybe we can use him as part payment for berbatov I don't know but i feel very sorry for him as its not as if his injuries arte self inflicted. WE certainly cant rely on him next season as a striker along with rooney & tevez which is the one mistake Fergie made in the summer.

you're talking one game mate, hardly grounds for keeping him. 5 goals all season is just pathetic for a striker of his class. indeed even previous seasons when he was more prolific he was still only scoring 14-15 goals which is a massive underachievement for a player once touted by the late George best as the new 30 goal a season man.

sad to see I am making an argument for the prosecution here but the reality is he has become a liability and even a club of United's wealth cant afford to keep a 60k a week crock:(

i honestly can,t remember a utd player to be injured half as much has saha, and i have followed utd for over 30 years.the crazy thing is he gets injured doing nothing then breaks down while warming up on numerous occassions now ,its got to the stage where its quite laughable that this guy is still getting paid ,its a credit that his teammates are doing so well being a striker down.
its time saha left the club you just cannot rely on this weakling ,utd will improve a lot next year with 4 fit strikers who will put their bodies on the line for the cause.

Keano!
18-04-2008, 10:03 PM
Hmm......50/50.......give him till next season and see how he goes in the pre-season. Does well, keep him and involve him in games, plays poorly or gets injured, sell him.

I said keep him on the poll, BTW

Ehh..exactly what I did NOT want to hear...I love Saha and I am a huge fan of him and when he is on full form he is just like any world class striker and will give you at least a goal a game Ruud-Henry-Torres-Drogba style..but if he keeps on getting injured Kewell style then I am afraid we have to sell him and get funds for a new clinical striker like Villa, Huntelaar, Eto'o and so on..

22-04-2008, 02:27 PM
we need to buy another striker in the summer and then we will have a complete team

saha keeps getting injured and what happens if tevez or wazza get injured...a
4th striker is what we need

Louis can be a great player for us, but I think by now people are just losing patience. There are a few rumours circling OT and I think his time may be up at United.

I have heard that Fergie won't even speak to him now, because he is so frustrated with the amount of time Louis spends in the treatment room.

Also I don't know if anyone else has heard about this, but aparently he has a mental problem which basically stops him playing unless he is 100% fit. Even if he is at 90%, he won't play because he fears getting injured again.

I think if we could get around £8 million for him, then I would sell up and look elsewhere. No doubt he has a whole lot of talent, but it's no good having the talent if he's not putting it into games and onto the pitch.

very interesting post jd united about fergie not speaking to him but your in dreamland if u think a club would pay 8 million for him, he's beyond a joke now pay up his contract and just get him out because he's a player of weak mental toughness and could hinder the team he's an outsider as it is if your at ot you can se the fans cringe if he's in the team cos they know he's gonna get injured ... guilty of it myself he's gota go :)

Yeah heard he has some sort of psychiatric prob allright- not just idle gossip and if proven it wouldnt surpirse me. A real waste of a potential great player imo
